How many chocolate bars are in my Kekao Box?

Each box comes with 4 to 5 specialty crafted chocolate bars, carefully tasted and selected for you to indulge in. 

How much does a subscription cost?

We currently offer the monthly Kekao Box for $59.99 per month. Each box contains 4 to 5 specialty crafted chocolate bars carefully selected by our curators.

There are price breaks for our 3 & 6 and 12 month boxes.

When do I need to cancel my renewal?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime, we do require a 24 hr notice prior to the renewal date to process the cancelation. If you choose to cancel your pre-paid subscription prior to receiving all prepaid boxes, you will be charged the full subscription price of $59.99 for each box shipped. 

What is a curator?

Our curators are chocoholics, who eat live and breathe chocolate; they taste all craft chocolate bars they come across to select only the best to be delivered to your doorstep each month.

How does subscription billing work?

The Kekao Box is automatically delivered monthly. You will be billed at the beginning of each month. There is no obligation - modify or cancel your subscription with us anytime.

When will I receive my subscription?

You can view our monthly shipping schedule on our Delivery and Returns page.

If you join our subscription after the first of a month, your subscription will be take 5-7 business days to fulfill. 

The cut off to join is the 23rd of each month. If you join after the 23rd, your box will be shipped on the first of the following month.

It typically takes 2-5 business days for your subscription to arrive.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from the shipping carrier. 

How do you ship in the summer?

During warm weather months, we ship your chocolates in insulated shipping kits with cold packs to prevent melting of chocolates.  

It is best to be available on delivery days to bring your Kekao Box indoors as soon as possible, you can keep track of your box with the tracking information we provide via email after your initial purchase or recurring order. If you live in an area that experiences high temperatures, we recommend pausing your subscription until temperatures cool down, as shipping any chocolate with high temperatures becomes tricky.

If you live in an area with 35°C or higher we reserve the right to pause your subscription until temperatures cool down.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account with the credentials made at checkout. Once you are logged in, you will be able to manage you subscription such as canceling it, skipping a month, changing the delivery address and more.
